Katie Price’s lookalike mum Amy looks years younger in flawless Instagram snap

Katie Price is known for her picture perfect selfies, but someone just as beautiful popped up on her Instagram feed today – her gorgeous mum.

The 38-year-old shared a snap of her look-alike mother Amy in a black hat with her hair swept up in a 1940s hairstyle.

She captioned the picture: “My mum looking glam today for fancy dress.”

Katie is known to have a close relationship with her mum who appeared alongside the Loose Women presenter and grandson Harvey on ITV last year to discuss raising the youngster.

Amy helps out with the day-to-day care of the teenager, who was born blind, having a condition known as septo-optic dysplasia, meaning that the development of his optic nerve was unpredictable.

While Katie grew up an only child, she’s gone on to have five children with Harvey joined by Junior, 11, and Princess, nine, from her marriage to Peter Andre, and Jett, three, and Bunny, two, with her husband Kieran Hayler.

Discussing how special a bond is between mother-and-child, Katie recently admitted she would find it “hurtful” if any of her children felt they were being pushed out.

She said: “To a degree I think it should all be equal team effort. I wouldn’t say I put him first or the kids first. We’re a family; we all should do things together …

“I think for me it’ll be hurtful if my kids ever thought I put Kieran before them. And I wouldn’t ever say it, even if I’d ever think it. I’d never say it anyway.”
